The Jack

The Jack is a playbook for the Between and is based on the Victorian folklore figure Spring-heeled Jack. However, this playbook reimagines the infamous legend as a mysterious masked figure in the style of characters like Batman, V from V for Vendetta, the Shadow, Moon Knight, and Union Jack.

The Between RPG is published by the Gauntlet and written by  Jason Cordova. The Jack is not affiliated with the Gauntlet, but is published with permission. 

This playbook appeared in the "Endings & Beginnings" Sprigs & Kindling  Volume 6 July 2026, and the fine folks at Sprigs & Kindling  provided the layout and artwork selections.
